•HST ( Your should discuss about the pre construction condo HST with your Realtor/Lawyer and get your contract reviewed by a lawyer who’s specialized dealing in pre constructions condos.)
 
Remember the amount of your closing cost depending in the purchase price of your property and may have some other expenses. I highly recommend to get your contract reviewed by a Lawyer.
